By accessing and using biofideX ('the Platform'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

biofideX provides an online platform for bioscience education through multiple integrated products: QuizLab (interactive quizzes and assessments), Scribe (bioscience articles and academic writing), and Academy (structured courses and certifications — coming soon). The platform is designed to help students, researchers, and professionals enhance their knowledge across various life science disciplines.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform:

• To violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation • To share assessment content or answers with other users • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform • To interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to the Platform • To transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of biofideX and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of biofideX. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of biofideX or its content suppliers.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing use of the Platform and contacting us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

In no event shall biofideX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform • Any content obtained from the Platform • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
